Nadir brings over 20 years of expertise in growth marketing, data analytics, and data science to MMM Unwrapped. Most recently VP of Digital Marketing at Green Dot Corporation, Nadir led customer acquisition across all digital channels while pioneering advanced measurement techniques including attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and marginal ROI optimization. His career spans leadership roles at Shutterfly (VP Customer Acquisition), Hippo Insurance, JustAnswer, and eBay, where he consistently drove revenue targets through data-driven marketing strategies. Nadir co-founded Open Sky Analytics, a digital agency serving clients like Wealthfront and Gabb Wireless. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, and a Machine Learning certificate from MIT. Nadir has also taught digital marketing at UC Berkeley Extension.

Dan is a proven marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience driving customer acquisition and growth at leading consumer and fintech companies. Most recently, he served as Director of Growth and Media at Stitch Fix, leading full-funnel media strategies that resulted in a 20% increase in brand searches. Previously, as Sr. Director of Acquisition Marketing at The RealReal, Dan achieved record high new customers at a record low customer acquisition cost (CAC) by implementing rigorous analytics and Media Mix Modeling. His deep expertise spans performance marketing, media mix modeling, attribution, and conversion optimization across channels including paid search, social, TV/OTT, and display. Dan holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from San Francisco State University.
